Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Ground Advantage shipping: Estimated delivery 3-5 business days after shipping.

• Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery 2-3 business days after shipping.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 1-2 business days after shipping.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods in their original form before filing.
